RobotFundTech is a reward-based crowdfunding platform operated by HyperCell Energy Ltd (Company No. 16283699), a company registered in England and Wales. The platform enables project creators to raise funds in exchange for non-financial rewards. This platform is NOT a financial services provider, investment platform, or securities marketplace. We are NOT regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for investment activities.

All campaigns on RobotFundTech are strictly reward-based. By making a pledge: • You are making a voluntary contribution in exchange for specified non-financial rewards (perks). • You are NOT purchasing shares, equity, ownership stake, or any form of financial instrument. • You are NOT entitled to dividends, profit participation, interest, or any financial return. • You are NOT acquiring any rights in the creator's company or intellectual property. If any campaign language could be interpreted as an investment offer, it is unintentional and should be read only in the context of reward-based crowdfunding.

To use RobotFundTech you must: • Be at least 18 years of age. • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. • Not be prohibited from using the platform under the laws of your jurisdiction. By making a pledge, you confirm you meet these requirements.

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. HyperCell Energy Ltd does not store card details. By completing a payment you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. A 5% platform fee is deducted from each pledge to cover operational costs. This fee is disclosed at checkout. Payments are processed in GBP (British Pounds Sterling) unless otherwise stated.

Campaign creators are responsible for delivering stated rewards. RobotFundTech acts as platform operator only and does not guarantee reward delivery. If a campaign does not reach its funding goal, backers will receive a full refund within 14 business days, unless the campaign is explicitly structured as "keep-it-all" (which will be clearly stated). Reward timelines are estimates only and may change due to technical, manufacturing, or external factors beyond the creator's control.

All content on RobotFundTech, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of HyperCell Energy Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Campaign creators retain ownership of their intellectual property. By listing on RobotFundTech, creators grant the platform a non-exclusive licence to display their campaign content for promotional purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperCell Energy Ltd shall not be liable for: • Failure of campaign creators to deliver rewards. • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. • Technical failures of third-party services (Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare). • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in another EU/EEA member state, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email if you have an account, or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
