Refund Policy

Pledges made on RobotFundTech are voluntary contributions to fund a creative or technical project. In exchange, you receive non-financial rewards (perks) as described in the campaign tier. This is not a purchase of goods for immediate delivery. Reward delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to change based on project development.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of your pledge. To cancel within 14 days: email info@hypercell-energy.com with your pledge reference and email address used at checkout. We will process a full refund within 14 business days. Exception: If your reward has already been partially or fully delivered (e.g., you have received and accessed digital update content), the right to cancel may be reduced proportionally.

If a campaign does not reach its stated funding goal by the deadline, and the campaign is structured as "all-or-nothing" (this will be clearly stated on the campaign page), all backers will receive a full automatic refund within 14 business days of the campaign deadline. For "keep-it-all" campaigns (where the creator keeps funds regardless of goal), no automatic refund is issued if the goal is not reached — this structure is clearly labelled on each applicable campaign.

If a campaign creator fails to deliver stated rewards within a reasonable time after the campaign's expected completion date, backers may request a refund by contacting info@hypercell-energy.com. HyperCell Energy Ltd will investigate and, where possible, mediate. In cases of confirmed non-delivery, a refund will be processed to the extent possible. Note: RobotFundTech is a platform operator, not the campaign creator. We cannot guarantee reward delivery where creators are unresponsive or unable to fulfil their commitments.
