When you make a pledge or contact us, we may collect: • Email address (required to send your receipt and project updates) • Payment reference ID from Stripe (we never see your card number, expiry, or CVV — Stripe handles this) • Your chosen reward tier and pledge amount • Approximate location/country (for legal compliance and fraud prevention) • Browser type and device information (analytics only, not linked to your identity) We do NOT collect: names, addresses, phone numbers, or any sensitive personal data unless you voluntarily provide them.

We use your data only for: • Sending your payment receipt and pledge confirmation. • Sending project updates and milestone announcements as committed in your reward tier. • Complying with our legal obligations (e.g., financial records, fraud prevention). • Improving the platform through anonymised analytics. We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the following trusted third-party services: • Stripe (payment processing) — data processed in the USA/EU under SCCs. We retain your data for: • Pledge and payment records: 7 years (required by HMRC for tax purposes). • Email communications: until you unsubscribe or request deletion. • Analytics data: anonymised, no personal retention limit. After the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
